We have 15 business days to produce the product, since your order begins to be manufactured once the order enters our website.

You can pick up the product in our Showroom or we can also send it within a maximum period of 15 business days by certified mail.

You will be able to locate your order with the tracking number that will be provided to you once we ship it.

In the case of placing your order and choosing the "Showroom pickup" option, you will have a maximum of 3 months from when it is announced that it is ready for pickup.
